HOT PREPARATION FROM LOOSE TEA
1. For preparing 1 cup of Tea, bring 150 ml of water to a rolling boil (Temp. 95 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 sec.
2. For direct infusion, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of tea into the boiling water, cover it and let it boil for 2 minutes. As this is a herbal tea so you can put the leaves directly on gas while rolling at low heat.
3. If you are using tea infuser, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of tea into infuser and put it in the cup. Pour the hot water into the cup, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute. Strain the tea leaves/remove the tea infuser and you can serve hot for your sips.
4. Teacurry Teas are garden-fresh LONG LEAF TEAS so you can use the same strained tea leaves for a second steep. For the second time you need to steep the tea for 6-7 minutes and the tea will be ready to drink.
5. You can also store the second tea cup/left over tea in the refrigerator if you want to drink the second cup at a later time.
HOT PREPARATION FROM TEA BAG
1. For preparing 1 cup of Tea, bring 150 ml of water to a rolling boil (Temperature 95 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
2. Pour this hot water into the cup containing 1 tea bag of the tea, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. Water should be poured through the bag into the cup. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute. Remove the tea bag and the tea is ready to serve.
3. Teacurry Teas are garden-fresh LONG LEAF TEAS so you can use the same tea bag for a second steep. For the second time you need to steep the tea for 6-7 minutes and the tea will be ready to drink.
