Instructions - How to Make
- TIMING - You need to drink 1 tea bag or 2 grams of Blue Green Tea on a daily basis, immediately after any meal. Don't skip tea cups, however in case you miss it then it's better to take it delayed rather than skipping it. You should take it on all days irrespective of period days, ovulation days, travelling or fasting. Start as soon as you receive the pack and repeat the order at least 7-10 Days in advance so as to avoid any gaps because of delivery time.
- PREPARATION FROM TEA BAG - For preparing a cup of Tea - dip 1 tea bag in 200 ml of boiled water (around 95˚C). Please don't boil the tea bags directly on fire. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. Pull out the tea bag out and drink the cup.
- PREPARATION OF LOOSE TEA - For preparing 1 cup, take 1 spoon (2 gram) of leaves in 1 cup (in 200 ml) of boiled water (at 95˚C). Please don't boil the leaves directly on the fire. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. Strain the tea leaves and enjoy the cup.
- SPECIAL NOTES - Avoid using milk or sugar with this tea. Milk will bring down the effectiveness and sugar is bad for health. You can add honey, lime or jaggery. Being a herbal tea temperature will not affect the effectiveness of the tea. You can drink it hot or cold, however, the infusion of the leaves will happen best in boiled water.

It's perfect, as mentioned in the title. It doesn't have any flavour, and just tastes like warm water otherwise would. The colour is a brilliant cobalt blue, and the pigmentation is very concentrated, so you only need three flowers or so to bring out the colour.
The colour starts leaching into the warm water immediately, and the process is visible. The flowers look very pretty floating in the water after they get rehydrated.
Tastes good with honey, lemon. It changes colour to a beautiful purple when honey is added, and a slightly darker blue upon adding peppermint.
This product is good if you want to try out butterfly pea flower Green tea.
