HOT PREPARATION FROM LOOSE TEA
1. For preparing 1 cup of Fertility Slimming Tea for Women, bring 150 ml of water to a rolling boil (Temp. 95 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 sec.
2. For direct infusion, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of Fertility Tea for Women into the boiling water, cover it and let it boil for 2 minutes. As this is a herbal tea so you can put the leaves directly on gas while rolling at low heat.
3. If you are using tea infuser, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of tea into infuser and put it in the cup. Pour the hot water into the cup, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute. Strain the tea leaves/remove the tea infuser and you can serve hot for your sips.
4. Teacurry Fertility Slimming Tea for Women is garden-fresh LONG LEAF TEA so you can use the same strained tea leaves for a second steep. For the second time you need to steep the tea for 6-7 minutes and the tea will be ready to drink.
