Instructions - How to Make
- TIMING - You need to drink 1 tea bag or 2 grams of Rose Green Tea on a daily basis, immediately after any meal. Don't skip tea cups, however in case you miss it then it's better to take it delayed rather than skipping it. You should take it on all days irrespective of period days, ovulation days, travelling or fasting. Start as soon as you receive the pack and repeat the order at least 7-10 Days in advance so as to avoid any gaps because of delivery time.
- PREPARATION FROM TEA BAG - For preparing a cup of Tea - dip 1 tea bag in 200 ml of boiled water (around 95˚C). Please don't boil the tea bags directly on fire. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. Pull out the tea bag out and drink the cup.
- PREPARATION OF LOOSE TEA - For preparing 1 cup, take 1 spoon (2 gram) of leaves in 1 cup (in 200 ml) of boiled water (at 95˚C). Please don't boil the leaves directly on the fire. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. Strain the tea leaves and enjoy the cup.
- SPECIAL NOTES - Avoid using milk or sugar with this tea. Milk will bring down the effectiveness and sugar is bad for health. You can add honey, lime or jaggery. Being a herbal tea temperature will not affect the effectiveness of the tea. You can drink it hot or cold, however, the infusion of the leaves will happen best in boiled water.

Hands down one of the best teacurry rose green teas I have had in India. The flavor Is mild and natural, unlike other brands that add artificial flavors. It's very soothing for headaches and I believe it also does some aromatherapy because of the mild sweet smell. The pyramidical bags with visible green leaves and rose petals are a delight to eyes and taste buds alike when brewed. The best part is that you can use one bag twice. Can't wait to try more variety offered by this brand. Strongly recommended!!

This rose green tea is good work for skin glow and weight loss. My weight after without using this tea is 89kg. Then I used this rose green tea for 6months. now my weight is 77kg. This rose green tea lost weight by 12kg. And my skin is glowing.
