1. Head of International Sales

Job Description 
We are looking to further expand our export sales and so we are on a search for a Head/ VP of International Sales to help grow our sales to South America, CIS/Russia and Africa. She/He should be able to build strategies and should be able to lead a team of high performing Sales Executives / Managers.

Role Description
We are looking for senior people with more than 15 years of experience and having an MBA in Sales. Below we have further categorized the requirements. 
 * MBA in Sales and Marketing
 * More than 15 years of experience in the Tea Industry
 * Good experience in selling Tea in Export Marketers
 * Will to work patiently and build the Exports business from the current 25% of total sales to 75% of total sales
