TIMING
1. You need to drink two cups of Dia Herbal tea on a daily basis.
2. Preferred time to drink the tea is one cup in mid morning (between 10 am to 12 pm) and second cup in mid evening (between 5 pm to 8 pm).
3. Don't skip tea cups, however in case you miss it than its better to take it delayed rather than skipping.
4. You should take it on all days irrespective of period days, ovulation days, travelling or fasting. Start as soon as you receive the pack.
5. Repeat the order at least 7-10 Days in advance so as to avoid any gaps because of delivery time.
1. For preparing 2 cups of the Tea - dip 1 tea bag in 2 cups (300 ml) of boiled water (at a temperature between 95 to 100 ˚C). It is suggested not to boil the tea bags directly on fire.
2. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes till a beautiful color appears. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute.
3. Once a strong color appears, pull out the tea bag and drink one cup as part of your first serving for the day.
4. Teacurry Teas are long leaf teas so you can store the second cup (up to 24 hours) outside or in the fridge. For the second serving of the day you can drink the stored cup. Before drinking the second cup you can preheat or drink it with ice.

2. Close the lid of the infuser and put the infuser in a cup. Pour hot boiling water (150 ml) into the cup through the infuser.
3. Cover the cup with a lid and let it stay for around 5 minutes. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute.
4. Once a strong color appears, remove the tea infuser and you can serve hot for your sips.
1. Avoid using milk or sugar with this tea. Milk will bring down the effectiveness and Sugar is bad for health.
2. The tea has a perfect taste, however, you still can add honey or jaggery for making it extra sweet.
3. A few drops of lime juice can also be added if you want to make your herbal tea taste sweet and tangy.
4. Being a herbal tea temperature will not affect the effectiveness of the tea. You can drink it hot or cold, however, the infusion of the leaves will happen best in boiled water.
5. You will get a custom diet char as part of the combo parcel. Do try using it as far as possible. Its not mandatory but you will find faster results if you are using the same.
