HOT PREPARATION FROM LOOSE TEA
1. For preparing 1 cup of Cough and Cold Tea, bring 150 ml of water to a rolling boil (Temp. 95 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 sec.
2. For direct infusion, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of Cough and Cold Tea into the boiling water, cover it and let it boil for 2 minutes. As this is a herbal tea so you can put the leaves directly on gas while rolling at low heat.
3. If you are using tea infuser, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of Cough and Cold Tea into infuser and put it in the cup. Pour the hot water into the cup, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute. Strain the tea leaves/remove the tea infuser and you can serve hot for your sips. 1. For preparing 1 cup of Cough and Cold Tea, bring 150 ml of water to a rolling boil (Temperature 95 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
2. Pour this hot water into the cup containing 1 tea bag of the Cough and Cold Tea, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. Water should be poured through the bag into the cup. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute. Remove the tea bag and the tea is ready to serve.
