Instructions - How to Make
For best results, enjoy 1 cup (2gram or 1 tea bag) daily. For faster results you can also consume up to 2 cups (4 grams or 2 tea bags) per day, preferably after meals. Consistent daily consumption is recommended for the best effect. Don't skip tea cups, however in case you miss it then it's better to take it delayed rather than skipping it. You should take it on all days irrespective of period days, ovulation days, travelling or fasting. Start as soon as you receive the pack and repeat the order at least 7-10 Days in advance so as to avoid any gaps because of delivery time.
- PREPARATION FROM TEA BAG - Place 1 tea bag in 200 ml of freshly boiled water (95–100°C). Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy.
- PREPARATION OF LOOSE TEA - Add 2 gram (approximately 1 teaspoon) of loose spearmint leaves to 200 ml of freshly boiled water (95–100°C). Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes, then strain before drinking.
Do not boil the tea leaves or tea bag directly. For maximum flavor and natural goodness, avoid adding milk. You may enjoy it plain or enhance the taste with honey, lemon, or jaggery if desired. Teacurry Spearmint Tea can be enjoyed hot or chilled, making it a refreshing herbal beverage any time of the day.
