Instructions - How to Make
- To prepare Noon Chai, boil tea leaves with cardamom and cinnamon in 2 cups of water.
- Reduce the water to half, then add 1 cup of water and boil for 10 minutes.
- Add baking soda and allow it to foam.
- Pour in ice water and whisk until the tea turns a reddish color.
- Mix the prepared tea concentrate with hot milk, add a pinch of salt, sweeten to taste and garnish with whipped cream or pistachios before serving.

I usually don't like taking tea but I love the taste of this pink tea. It has no side effects and has a very good strong taste.
