Product Description
According to Ayurveda, a person’s health is based on their dosha - a balance of the five elements of the world known as air, earth, space, water, and fire. Though it’s believed that each person has a unique constitution, they generally fall under one of three main dosha types — Vata, Kapha, and Pitta — based on their body type, personality, and sensitivities. Teacurry Vata Dosh Tea is specific to those who are trying to balance their Vata Dosha.
Vata Dosha - Vata dosha is associated with the elements of air and space. It governs movement, circulation, and the nervous system. People with a dominant Vata dosha tend to have a thin and light build, are easily excited, and can experience dryness and coldness in their bodies They may have trouble sleeping and be prone to anxiety and restlessness. They may also be prone to constipation and gas. To balance this dosha, Ayurvedic practitioners recommend incorporating warm food for Vata dosha, grounding food for Vata dosha, and drinks into one's diet, such as Vata dosha tea. Vata dosha tea is made with a combination of herbs and spices that have been traditionally used to pacify Vata dosha. Some common ingredients include licorice root, ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom. These herbs and spices have warming and soothing properties that help to balance the dry and cold nature of the Vata dosha. They also have anti-inflammatory and digestive benefits, which can help to pacify Vata dosha symptoms such as constipation and bloating. Drinking Vata dosha tea on a regular basis can help to bring balance to the Vata dosha, promoting feelings of warmth and grounding in the body. It can also help to alleviate common Vata dosha symptoms, such as constipation and bloating. Additionally, the herbs and spices used in the tea have many health benefits, such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which can help to support overall wellness and balance to Vata imbalance .Trusted by Doctors & Herbalists
