              Karkade or Iced hibiscus tea -

              • Step 1: Bring the desired amount of water to boil. It is better to use clear/filtered water.
              • Step 2: Add the dried roselle calyces to the boiling water. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
              • Step 3: Turn off the heat and let the tea steep for around 15 minutes.
              • Step 4: Strain it into a kettle using a strainer. Add honey into it and put it inside a refrigerator to cool down.
