Required ingredients for Ginger Immunity Tea recipe are as follows:

  • Fresh ginger root.
  • Water
  • Lemon juice.
  • Honey
Below are all the steps to prepare the Ginger Immunity Tea.
  • Step 1: Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices.
  • Step 2: Put the water to boil. Using fresh/filtered water is recommended, as unfiltered water may have compounds like iron or chlorine, which may hamper the overall taste of the immunity tea.
  • Step 3: Add freshly cut ginger slices to the boiling water and let it boil for 3-4 minutes.

  • Fresh ginger root.
  • Raw turmeric root or turmeric powder. (Using fresh turmeric makes the drink healthier)
