HOT PREPARATION FROM LOOSE TEA
1. For preparing 1 cup of Period Tea, bring 150 ml of water to a rolling boil (Temp. 95 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 sec.
2. For direct infusion, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of Period Tea into the boiling water, cover it and let it boil for 2 minutes. As this is a herbal tea so you can put the leaves directly on gas while rolling at low heat.
3. If you are using tea infuser, put 2 grams (1 teaspoon) of tea into infuser and put it in the cup. Pour the hot water into the cup, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute. Strain the tea leaves/remove the tea infuser and you can serve hot for your sips.
4. Teacurry Period Tea is garden-fresh LONG LEAF TEA so you can use the same strained tea leaves for a second steep. For the second time you need to steep the tea for 6-7 minutes and the tea will be ready to drink.

1. For preparing 1 cup of Period Tea for Women, bring 150 ml of water to a rolling boil (Temperature 95 ˚C) and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
2. Pour this hot water into the cup containing 1 tea bag of the tea, cover it and let it steep for around 4 minutes. Water should be poured through the bag into the cup. In case you desire a stronger taste than steep the tea for 1 more minute. Remove the tea bag and the tea is ready to serve.
3. Teacurry Period PMS Tea is garden-fresh LONG LEAF TEA so you can use the same tea bag for a second steep. For the second time you need to steep the tea for 6-7 minutes and the tea will be ready to drink.

COLD PREPARATION FROM LOOSE TEA OR TEA BAG
1. You can also enjoy this healthy concoction cold, with or without honey. To make the iced Period Tea for Women version first bring water to a rolling boil and allow it to sit for 30 seconds.
2. Pour this hot water (200 ml) onto the leaves/ tea bag in a cup or a tea pot, cover it and let it steep for around 5 minutes.
3. Add any sweetener (honey or jaggery) of your choice to the cup and keep it refrigerated for 30 minutes.
